A total of 1040 posts of Specialist Cadre Officer will be filled through this recruitment drive. These posts are of Central Research Team (Product Lead), (Support), Project Development Manager, Relationship Manager, VP Wealth, Regional Head, Investment Specialist, Investment Officer etc.
Who can apply
The eligibility to apply for these posts is different as per the post. Some experience is also required for each post. For example, candidates having MBA, PGDM, PGBDM, CA, CFA can apply for Central Research Team (Product Lead). Also, there should be at least 8 years of experience. Similarly, candidates having graduation from a recognized university can apply for the post of Relationship Manager. The experience for this is three years. Similarly, the educational qualification is different for each post.
The age limit is broadly between 23 and 56 years depending upon the post. It would be better to check the notice given on the website to know the details about this.

On being selected for these posts, the salary is according to the post. For example, the CTC of Central Research Team Product Lead is 61 lakhs. This is the upper range. Similarly, the CTC of Central Research Team Support is 20.50 lakhs. Similarly, the CTC of VP Wealth, which has the highest number of posts, is 45 lakhs.
